This page will link to it as soon as it is live. **Is Sakenly free?** Yes. Searching, saving, messaging and listing are free. The app is supported by ads; Sakenly Pro is an optional subscription. **Which languages does the app support?** English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic. The app is also available in German. You need an account to message sellers, request viewings or publish a property. **Why did a home disappear after I added a filter?** The listing may not meet that requirement, or the corresponding detail may be missing. Remove that filter to check, then ask the advertiser about the missing field. **Can I use the map without enabling my location?** Yes. You can explore an area manually. Device location is useful for nearby functions. **How many properties can I compare?** The current app supports two in the free comparison tray and up to four with optional Sakenly Pro. **Does a viewing request reserve the rental?** No. A request starts the viewing process. Availability and any rental agreement must be confirmed directly with the advertiser. **Is a calculator result a financing offer?** No. It is an estimate from the entered figures. Actual terms must be clarified with the seller or the relevant provider. Listings include photos, the payment plan and the delivery date. **What if I am not ready to finish the advert?** The wizard supports saving your draft so you can return to the work. A saved draft is different from a published property. **Does a completed advert mean the property is verified?** No. Required fields and completeness checks help with the information you enter. They do not establish ownership, availability or the accuracy of every claim. **Does closing an enquiry mark the property as sold?** No. Enquiry workflow and property availability are separate. Update the property’s own status when it is sold or rented. Confirm availability and every figure directly with the seller. In-app calculators provide estimates, not financing offers. **Can a seller see who saved their property?** No. Saved properties and saved searches are private. Sellers see aggregate counts for their own listings. **Will my app chat automatically appear in WhatsApp?** No. App messaging and WhatsApp are separate communication channels. If you switch, keep the property and agreed details clear in the new conversation. **Is an incomplete field proof of a problem?** No. It means information is missing. Ask for clarification and compare the response with the rest of the advert. **Does Sakenly handle payments or contracts?** No. Sakenly connects buyers, renters and sellers. We are not a broker or escrow service – agreements are made directly between you and the seller. The saved-search screen asks you to sign in so it can manage searches associated with your account. **Can I turn off alerts without deleting my account?** Yes. Change app or phone notification settings, or turn alerts off for a particular saved search. **What should I send when reporting an app issue?** Your phone model, system and app versions, the action you tried, the result and any relevant reference. Remove unrelated private information from screenshots.
