# Organise the documents and questions for a property review

A tidy document pack helps you ask better questions. It does not make an offer or ownership claim verified.

## Name the question each document should answer

Separate materials about the unit, the advertiser’s role, the stated price and the proposed agreement. Ask what a supplied document is intended to establish rather than assuming that every official-looking page has the same purpose. This guide does not prescribe a legally sufficient document set or current Egyptian registration rules. Those questions require appropriate current expertise for the actual transaction.

## Match the property reference

Look for the unit, address or other identifier supplied in the listing and compare it with the document. Record a mismatch as a question. A plan for an entire development may not identify the advertised home; a similar unit number may be a different unit. Keep the advertiser’s explanation alongside the material instead of silently correcting the document yourself.

## Check completeness and version

Count pages, note unreadable areas and record the dates or version labels provided. Ask for missing pages when a document refers to an attachment you have not received. Keep the original supplied file and a separate working copy for annotations. A cropped image of one clause cannot explain the context of the entire agreement.

## Compare statements without deciding validity

Make a small question table: statement in listing, statement in document, source and unresolved difference. Useful comparisons include amount and currency, dates, included items and unit reference. Do not turn a matching name or photograph into a conclusion about legal ownership. Sakenly does not provide a blanket verification guarantee for documents or every listing.

## Share only what the next review needs

Keep personal material out of a general enquiry. Ask why a document is requested, who should receive it and which details are needed. For a specialist review, provide the complete relevant material through the agreed channel and preserve the originals. Ask the reviewer to distinguish missing information from conclusions and to explain which issues need confirmation before you rely on the proposal.

## A practical case and next step

Suppose a supplied document names a different unit from the listing. Keep both originals and ask for the explanation. Do not amend the file yourself or assume it is an harmless typo. Record the response and which corrected version, if any, replaces the earlier one. Pass the relevant complete material to an appropriate reviewer rather than declaring ownership verified from a matching surname.

## Questions about this guide

**Does this checklist verify ownership?**

No. It organises information for review and identifies questions.

**Does a badge replace reviewing the actual documents?**

No. Check the specific information and seek suitable independent assessment.

## Keep the next step clear.

Practical guides for the next part of your search.

### [Checking an advert](https://sakenly.impulse-apps.de/faq/property-checks/)

An attractive advert is a starting point. Compare its fields, images and description before deciding which claims still need confirmation.

### [Ready or off-plan](https://sakenly.impulse-apps.de/find-a-home/ready-or-off-plan/)

Delivery status changes what you can inspect now and which details remain dependent on future work.

### [Contact & privacy](https://sakenly.impulse-apps.de/faq/contact-and-privacy/)

A helpful first conversation is about the property. Keep questions specific, understand which communication channel you are using and leave unrelated personal information out.
