We process what the marketplace needs to work, show you only what you choose to share, and do not sell personal data. ## This website This website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the connection data this technically requires – IP address, time, requested page and browser identifier – to serve the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The website sets no cookies and loads no third-party content; fonts and images are served from our own server. ## Account and profile Browsing and searching work without an account. To message sellers, book viewings or publish a listing you create an account – with email and password, or via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. We store your email address and the name, photo, phone number and company you choose to add to your profile. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). ## Listings, messages and viewings We store the listings and photos you publish, your messages, enquiries, viewing requests, reviews and reports so the marketplace can work. Your public profile, published listings and reviews are visible to everyone using Sakenly. Messages are only visible to you and the other participant. Your saved properties and saved searches are private to you. Sellers see aggregated numbers for their own listings – views, saves, enquiries – never who viewed or saved a property. ## Location If you allow it, the app uses your approximate location while you use it to show properties near you and sort results by distance. The app never uses your location in the background. You can revoke the permission in your device settings at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). ## Hosting (Supabase) Account data, listings, photos and messages are stored with Supabase, Inc., which provides our database, authentication and file storage under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). ## Push notifications If you allow notifications, your device creates a push token through Expo (650 Industries, Inc., USA) and Apple’s or Google’s push service. We store it with your account to tell you about new messages, viewing confirmations and saved-search alerts. You can switch notifications off in the app or in your device settings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). ## Advertising (Google AdMob) The free app shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). Google’s consent tool (UMP) collects the required choices; on iPhone the app asks for permission through Apple’s system prompt before the advertising identifier is used. Without your consent you get non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for non-personalised ads). ## Sakenly Pro Sakenly Pro is an optional subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play; we never receive payment details. To unlock and restore Pro we use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA), which receives a pseudonymous user ID and the purchase data (product, term, status) (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). ## Maps Maps in the app are provided by Apple Maps on iPhone and Google Maps on Android. The map provider receives the map area being shown in order to load it. ## Deleting your account You can delete your account yourself in the app under Profile → Privacy policy → Your data → Delete my account. This removes your profile, listings, saved items and messages. Subscriptions are cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play account. You must be at least 18 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. ## Service providers and international transfers We only use service providers that a feature actually needs, and sign data processing agreements with them where required (Art. 28 GDPR). Some are based in the USA. Transfers there rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). All transfers are encrypted. We do not sell personal data. ## Retention We keep account data while your account exists and remove it when you delete the account, unless statutory retention periods apply. ## Your rights You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An email to [info@impulse-apps.de](mailto:info@impulse-apps.de) is enough. We reply within one month. ## Right to lodge a complaint You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Ours is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany. ## Changes We update this privacy policy when the app, this website or the law changes.
