Check the account guide for guest browsing, sign-in, permissions, alerts and deletion. If the issue continues, tell support which action failed and how you signed in. Never send your password or verification codes.

## A property advert or conversation

Use Report on the listing, in chat or on the profile for a concern about content or behaviour. Describe the specific mismatch and include the listing reference. Availability and property agreements need to be confirmed with the advertiser.

## An app issue

Include your phone model, system version, app version, the steps you took and what appeared. Say whether the issue repeats and whether it affects one listing or several. A cropped screenshot can help; remove unrelated personal information.
