Start with two plausible homes
Add homes from their listing pages to the comparison tray and open the comparison screen. The free comparison holds two homes; optional Sakenly Pro raises the limit to four. Remove a home when it stops being relevant so the next comparison stays focused.
Choose homes with the same purpose. Comparing a monthly rental figure with a purchase asking price will not give you a useful price judgment. For a first comparison, a similar area, type and intended use make the differences easier to interpret.
Read the rows in a useful order
The app compares asking price, price per m², property type, size, rooms, location, compound, developer, delivery, finishing, furnishing and payment details where the data exists. Begin with the essentials you cannot change, then examine the numbers.
A highlighted value draws attention to a difference in that row. It cannot decide whether the whole home suits you. A larger area may include space you do not need, and more listed amenities do not establish their condition or availability.
| Comparison field | Follow-up |
|---|---|
| Size or price per m² | Are the area definitions comparable? |
| Delivery | Is the advertised status and year current? |
| Furnishing | Which items are actually included? |
| Down payment and term | What schedule and separate amounts apply? |
Keep missing data visible as a question
A dash in a row means a value is not available for that listing. Do not turn it into a zero cost, no facilities or an earlier delivery. Open the original listing and ask the advertiser to clarify what is missing.
If the description appears to disagree with a comparison field, note the inconsistency and ask which is current. Seller-entered information can change, so reopen the full listing before the next conversation rather than relying only on an old screenshot.
Add your own observations outside the table
The table cannot express everything you notice in a viewing. Keep a small personal note for light, noise, access, layout and any replies still outstanding. Mark whether each note came from your visit or from the advertiser.
Use those notes alongside the comparison to narrow the next step: a question, a viewing or removing a property. Avoid a single score that makes an unknown detail look as certain as something you have checked yourself.
Use a difference to start a better conversation
Suppose two homes have similar headline prices but different delivery and finishing fields. Ask each advertiser what is ready for use and what is included. The useful result of comparison is a clearer question, not an automatic winner.
A check before the next step
Choose one pair of similar homes and compare purpose, currency, size basis, delivery and furnishing before looking at highlighted differences. Keep a missing value unanswered. A favourable number cannot compensate for a requirement you already know the home cannot meet. Viewing observations belong in your own notes outside the app.
