1. About Sakenly
Sakenly is a marketplace that connects people looking for property in Egypt with the owners, agents and developers advertising it. It is operated by Impulse Apps, owner Sherif Mahmoud, Hermannstal 16, 22119 Hamburg, Germany.
We provide the platform. We are not a party to any sale, lease or agreement you reach with another user, and we do not act as a broker, agent or escrow service.
2. Your account
You need an account to message sellers, publish a listing or book a viewing. Browsing and searching do not require one. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
3. Listings
If you publish a property you confirm that you have the right to advertise it and that price, size, location, delivery date and payment terms are accurate. Do not publish a property that is already sold or rented, duplicate the same property across several listings, or use photos you do not have the rights to. We may pause, edit or remove listings that appear inaccurate, misleading or in breach of these terms, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
4. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By publishing them you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within the app and in marketing for the platform. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices, down payments and instalment plans are entered by sellers. We do not verify them and do not guarantee that a property is still available at the advertised price. Calculators in the app produce estimates, not financing offers. Confirm all figures with the seller or your bank before committing.
6. Conduct
Treat other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, spam, scams and attempts to move a transaction off the platform to defraud someone are not permitted. You can report a listing, a message or a profile in the app; reports are reviewed and may lead to removal or suspension.
7. Advertising and Sakenly Pro
The free app is supported by advertising. Sakenly Pro is an optional subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and is managed in your store account.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Sakenly running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, from the accuracy of a listing or from reliance on an estimate in the app. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: support@impulse-apps.de.
